Game Master (Sensas) - Freelance

Fever, a leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Game Master to join the SENSAS team in Brussels. SENSAS offers unique sensory experiences where participants engage in immersive challenges designed to test their five senses. As a Game Master, you will play a pivotal role in delivering these unforgettable experiences to our guests.

In this role, you will be responsible for welcoming and guiding teams throughout their SENSAS journey, ensuring a joyful and engaging atmosphere. You will animate and explain the games, assist participants in their missions, and capture memorable moments through photos. Maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the venue, managing social media interactions, handling client transactions, and encouraging customer feedback are also key aspects of the position. Additionally, you may oversee interns and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.

The ideal candidate is dynamic, motivated, and reliable, with the ability to adapt to diverse clientele. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential, as is the capacity to create authentic connections with participants. A willingness to accept feedback and adjust behaviors to enhance the customer experience is important. Autonomy and teamwork capabilities are required. Proficiency in English is mandatory, and knowledge of Dutch is a significant advantage.

This freelance position offers a gross monthly remuneration of €2,111, along with coverage of 50% of transportation costs. The SENSAS center operates seven days a week, from 9 am to 11 pm, with flexible scheduling that includes evenings, weekends, public holidays, and school vacations.
