Functional Analyst
Eurofins IT Solutions India Pvt Ltd (EITSI) is seeking a Functional Analyst to join our team in Bangalore. EITSI is a fully owned subsidiary of Eurofins Scientific, a global leader in life sciences, providing a unique range of analytical testing services across multiple industries. Our focus is on developing next-generation Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), customer portals, e-commerce solutions, ERP/CRM systems, mobile applications, and other B2B platforms for various Eurofins laboratories and businesses.
As a Functional Analyst, you will analyze high-level user requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into detailed user stories for software development teams. Your role involves working directly with business analysts and users to understand and specify requirements, planning application logic and flow, preparing and presenting page mockups, and creating technical documentation. You will also design state flow diagrams and other technical presentations to clearly illustrate intended processes.
The ideal candidate will possess strong systems analysis skills, experience working in teams following Scrum development methodology, and the ability to break down complex business requirements into discrete logical units for development. Strong technical writing skills are essential, along with experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare fields. A basic understanding of software development principles, database concepts, and computer networking concepts is also required.
