Full Stack Developer

As a Senior Full Stack Developer at Vention, you will be an integral part of our web platform team, contributing to the development of our AI-powered manufacturing automation platform. Vention, headquartered in Montreal and Berlin, empowers manufacturers to automate their operations swiftly, serving over 4,000 factories across five continents. Our technology supports a diverse range of industries, including aerospace, automotive, and robotics.

In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing website performance by writing robust TypeScript code and developing both internal and public-facing features using ReactJS, React Native, and NodeJS. Your day-to-day tasks will include writing unit, integration, and system tests, providing technical oversight through code reviews, and collaborating with product teams to discuss progress and address challenges. Additionally, you will work closely with in-house designers to create responsive and user-friendly interfaces.

The ideal candidate will have over five years of full-stack development experience, with proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, ReactJS/NextJS, and Ruby on Rails. Experience with RESTful APIs and relational databases is essential. Strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are also important.
