Full Funnel Marketing Manager II, Financial Advisors
As a Full Funnel Marketing Manager II at Trust & Will, you will join our B2B marketing team, reporting directly to the Head of B2B Marketing. This role focuses on enhancing our B2B strategy for financial advisors, delivering a personalized experience from initial brand engagement through to purchase and beyond. Trust & Will, founded in 2017, is a leading digital estate planning platform trusted by over one million users, offering modern, accessible solutions to help families protect their legacies with attorney-approved, legally valid documents tailored to individual state requirements.
In this position, you will develop and execute B2B marketing strategies within the financial advisor industry to support customer acquisition, retention, and growth objectives across various channels, including email, paid ads, webinars, events, social media, product, and content marketing. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Business Development, Product, and Advisor Success is essential to gather insights on customer behavior and preferences, informing strategic initiatives. You will also create segmented journeys and personalized communication plans in Iterable, ensuring relevant and timely engagement throughout the partner lifecycle.
The ideal candidate possesses 8-10+ years of experience in a B2B marketing role, with specific expertise in developing email marketing programs and managing paid advertising campaigns, including at least 3 years in a lead capacity. Advanced proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms, specifically Iterable, is required, along with excellent writing, proofreading, and editing abilities. A strong understanding of email marketing concepts, HTML, metrics, and the laws governing business email use is essential, as is a passion for experimentation and data-driven decision-making.
Trust & Will offers a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $140,000, along with an employee equity package.
