Frontend Engineer

Lightning AI is seeking a Frontend Engineer to enhance and scale the user interface and frontend infrastructure of our platform. This role involves collaborating with a dynamic team of engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver high-quality, iterative improvements that streamline AI development from research to production.

Key responsibilities include writing efficient, testable code in React and Redux, developing new features, improving system stability, and enhancing overall performance. The engineer will also partner with engineering and product leaders to set technical direction for large projects, evaluate and document technical architecture, and implement automation to drive continuous delivery while reducing technical debt.

The ideal candidate will have proficiency in React, JavaScript, and TypeScript, a strong understanding of software engineering principles, and hands-on experience as a frontend engineer in a SaaS technology company. They should demonstrate the ability to take ownership of key features, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and thrive in rapidly changing environments.
