Front of House Attendant
Herbert Smith Freehills, a leading global law firm, is seeking a polished and professional Front of House Attendant to join their Sydney team. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in premium service environments who are looking to transition their hospitality skills into a corporate setting.
The Front of House Attendant will be responsible for coordinating with the Client Services Coordinator and servery team to confirm food, beverage, and room setup requirements for meetings and events. They will monitor scheduled functions and services via the meeting room booking system, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery in line with established procedures. Additionally, the role includes providing waiter and bar service for after-hours meetings and events, as well as assisting with audio-visual and video conferencing needs.
Candidates should possess strong customer service skills, excellent teamwork abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality experiences. Experience in premium service environments is essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook. An RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification is also required.
The position offers dynamic shifts, including five 8-hour days a week between 7:30 am and 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional evening events. While specific compensation details are not provided, the firm offers competitive salaries and a range of employee benefits.
