The Role:
 
The Freelance Reporter/Legal Analyst have an immediate opening for an experienced, enthusiastic reporter to join the team on a freelance basis. 
 
The Hedge Fund Law Report ( and Private Equity Law Report ( analyze critical legal issues in the private fund industry, including rulemaking, compliance, taxation, marketing and other operational challenges that private fund managers confront on an ongoing basis. They provide subscribers with proprietary analysis on dynamic issues unfolding in the industry and offers plain-English guidance and tools to help legal counsel and compliance professionals create and revise practices, policies and procedures.
