In this role, the Fraud Prevention Specialist will serve as the primary reference for fraud prevention in the Southeast Asia region. Responsibilities include proactively monitoring key performance indicators, analyzing data to understand transaction behaviors, identifying fraudulent activities, and developing strategies to mitigate risks. The specialist will also contribute innovative ideas to enhance the company's fraud prevention measures.
Candidates should possess a strong desire for self-development and be comfortable with a test-and-learn approach. Proficiency in dashboard tools like Tableau, experience in the payment market and fraud prevention, and familiarity with the card transactional flow are essential. The role requires the ability to create and present reports to various stakeholders, an understanding of machine learning algorithms, experience in crafting anti-fraud rules, and proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis. Fluency in English is mandatory, and respect for diverse cultures and beliefs is expected.
