FPGA Build System Engineer - Engineering Productivity - Sydney

Arista Networks is seeking a skilled FPGA Build System Engineer to join our Engineering Productivity team in Sydney. This role focuses on designing, optimizing, and maintaining build systems and CI/CD pipelines for FPGA development workflows, ensuring efficient and reliable processes.

Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, automating build processes with Python, Shell scripting, and Makefiles, and deploying containerized build environments using Docker and Kubernetes. The engineer will monitor build system performance, troubleshoot complex build failures, and implement infrastructure-as-code using Ansible for provisioning and configuration management.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, with at least three years of relevant experience. Strong proficiency in Python and Shell/Bash scripting, experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, and solid knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes are essential. Familiarity with FPGA design tools such as Xilinx Vivado and Intel Quartus is advantageous.
