FPA Sr Manager (Corporate)

As a Senior FP&A Manager at Conga, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining corporate financial models, overseeing monthly financial close processes, and delivering comprehensive reporting and analytics. This position involves close collaboration with the Product (R&D) teams to enhance budget accuracy, refine forecasts, and conduct in-depth analyses. Additionally, you will support the Product organization through pricing analysis and assist in prioritizing the product roadmap.

Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining financial models, managing monthly financial close activities, and producing detailed reports and analytics. You will work closely with Product (R&D) teams to improve budget accuracy and forecasting, conduct pricing analyses, and support product roadmap prioritization. Your role will also involve providing critical support to the operational management team, executive leadership, and the board of directors.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in FP&A, corporate strategy, or related fields, with a strong background in supporting executive leadership within R&D at a SaaS company. Proficiency in creating robust financial analyses, models, reports, and dashboards, particularly using Excel, is essential. A deep understanding of accounting, finance, and operations principles is required, along with a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.

Conga offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $121,692 to $194,708, supplemented by variable incentive pay.
