FPA Manager (R&D)
The FP&A Manager (R&D) at Conga will support the maintenance of corporate financial model inputs, oversee monthly financial close processes, and provide comprehensive reporting and analytics. This role involves collaborating closely with the Product (R&D) teams to enhance the accuracy and understanding of budgets, forecasts, and analyses. Additionally, the manager will assist in pricing analysis and product roadmap prioritization to support the organization's strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining financial models, preparing detailed financial reports, and conducting in-depth analyses to inform business decisions. The FP&A Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between financial planning and product development initiatives. This position also involves identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices in financial planning and analysis.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in FP&A, corporate strategy, or related fields, with a strong background in supporting executive leadership within an R&D environment at a SaaS company. Proficiency in creating robust financial analyses, models, reports, and dashboards, particularly using Excel, is essential. A solid understanding of accounting, finance, and operations principles is required, along with the ability to effectively communicate these concepts to various stakeholders. A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration is highly preferred.
