FP&A Lead - Business Finance Partner (x/f/m)
The FP&A Lead - Business Finance Partner at Doctolib serves as a strategic financial advisor to the German leadership team, acting as the right hand to the Finance Director. This role involves building precise models, reports, and frameworks to support informed decision-making within the organization. The position is integral to ensuring that each leader comprehends their financial standing, navigates budgets effectively, and receives actionable recommendations from the finance department.
Key responsibilities include creating and maintaining monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports for the German business unit, conducting variance analyses, and translating findings into actionable insights. The role also involves developing and maintaining dashboards and financial models to track key performance indicators and business drivers, ensuring data quality and consistency in line with group standards, and supporting group consolidation efforts.
The ideal candidate possesses at least five years of professional experience, ideally combining audit experience (such as with a Big Four firm) and roles in FP&A or business controlling. Expertise in financial modeling and proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets are essential. Strong communication skills are required to translate numerical data into clear recommendations. A structured, detail-oriented mindset with a holistic view, proactive and independent work ethic, and fluency in both German and English at a C1 level are necessary. Experience in a tech or SaaS environment and familiarity with BI tools like Tableau or Looker are advantageous.
