The FP&A Business Partner at Doctolib plays a pivotal role within the Global Financial Planning & Analysis team, acting as a strategic advisor to various business units across the organization. The role also involves acting as a trusted partner to business managers, offering financial analyses and models to support decision-making, leading regular budget reviews, and developing performance indicators to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Candidates should possess 4 to 6 years of experience in financial control or FP&A, demonstrate the ability to construct rigorous analyses and present them clearly to diverse stakeholders, and have a proactive approach to gathering information directly from teams to understand their realities. Strong communication skills, advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, experience with FP&A tools like Anaplan or Pigment, and professional fluency in English are essential.
