FP&A Business Partner (x/f/m)
The FP&A Business Partner at Doctolib plays a pivotal role within the Global Financial Planning & Analysis team, acting as a strategic advisor to various business units across the organization. This position is central to the financial management of the company, ensuring that budgetary oversight and financial strategies align with Doctolib's mission to enhance healthcare services.
Key responsibilities include monitoring budget consumption for assigned business areas, producing periodic financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annual), analyzing budget variances, and providing actionable recommendations. The role also involves acting as a trusted partner to business managers, offering financial analyses and models to support decision-making, leading regular budget reviews, and developing performance indicators to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Candidates should possess 4 to 6 years of experience in financial control or FP&A, demonstrate the ability to construct rigorous analyses and present them clearly to diverse stakeholders, and have a proactive approach to gathering information directly from teams to understand their realities. Strong communication skills, advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, experience with FP&A tools like Anaplan or Pigment, and professional fluency in English are essential.
