Interface AI is seeking a Founding Recruiter to lead the Go-To-Market (GTM) recruiting efforts during a pivotal growth phase. This role involves partnering directly with the company's founders and senior leaders to build and scale the GTM team, playing a critical role in shaping the talent acquisition strategy. As a founding member of the talent function, the recruiter will have the opportunity to set standards, design processes, and drive outcomes that align with Interface AI's mission to revolutionize banking through AI-powered solutions.

The primary responsibilities include owning the full-cycle recruiting process for GTM roles, translating growth objectives into actionable hiring plans, and proactively sourcing high-quality candidates through various channels. The recruiter will conduct rigorous interview processes to ensure strong candidate calibration and experience, emphasizing quality over quantity. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, the individual will be expected to manage the recruitment process with minimal oversight, maintaining accountability for results.

Candidates should possess 4 to 8 years of recruiting experience in similar environments, with a preference for those who have worked in startup or scale-up settings, ideally during Series B to D stages. Experience in recruiting GTM talent for AI or customer experience companies is highly desirable. The role requires a self-managed individual comfortable with ambiguity and outcome-oriented tasks, capable of working directly with founders and senior leaders. A willingness to be on-site in Palo Alto and serve as a culture carrier is essential.

The compensation package includes a base salary ranging from $180,000 to $200,000, complemented by a bonus structure and equity valued at $200,000. Additional benefits encompass medical, dental, and vision insurance, generous paid time off and holidays, and life insurance coverage.
