The Food Service Specialist will assist with food and beverage preparation, including snacks, meals, and drinks, adhering to xAI’s quality and sanitation standards. Responsibilities include maintaining clean and organized dining areas, executing catering functions for meetings and events, and ensuring proper product rotation and storage in compliance with Tennessee food safety requirements. The role also involves stocking routes, tracking inventory, and providing excellent customer service to xAI employees.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalency certificate and at least 2 years of experience in food preparation, customer service, or other food service support roles. Preferred qualifications include 1+ years of cooking experience in a professional setting, experience in a high-volume food service environment, basic computer skills for inventory or reporting tasks, and a strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices. Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment are essential.
