Braze, a leading customer engagement platform, is seeking a Fixed-Term Contract Recruiter II to join their global Go-to-Market teams. This role is integral to Braze's mission of helping brands forge lasting connections through engaging customer experiences. The recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers to design and execute customized recruiting plans, focusing on post-sales teams such as Customer Success and Global Services & Support.

Key responsibilities include sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent for the Go-to-Market teams, managing the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to offer acceptance, and partnering with hiring managers to implement effective talent acquisition strategies. The recruiter will also screen candidates, facilitate debrief sessions, monitor the effectiveness of recruiting efforts through data analysis, and mentor fellow recruiting team members.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree and over four years of full life cycle recruiting experience. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are essential. A strategic and analytical mindset, with experience in reporting and analyzing key recruiting metrics, is also required. Experience with Greenhouse ATS and familiarity with the SaaS/Cloud industry are considered advantageous.

Compensation for this role ranges from $35,000 to $65,000 annually, with potential for equity.
