Financial Systems Analyst
Koley Jessen, a dynamic law firm based in Omaha, Nebraska, is seeking a Financial Systems Analyst to join their Finance team. This mid-level role focuses on the administration and continuous improvement of the firm's financial applications, particularly Elite 3E and its integrated ecosystem. The position involves leading cross-functional projects and enhancements, collaborating with Finance, IT, and practice groups to enable data-driven decisions and streamline processes.
Key responsibilities include managing the configuration and administration of Elite 3E and other core financial systems, overseeing upgrades, user provisioning, and resolving support tickets. The role also entails leading projects to optimize existing systems and implement new functionalities, modules, and integrations, from requirements gathering to post-go-live stabilization. Additionally, the analyst will serve as the primary liaison between Finance, IT, and vendors, translating business requirements into technical specifications and ensuring timely and within-scope delivery of solutions.
The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, information systems, computer science, or a related field, with three to five years of experience with Elite 3E or a comparable legal/ERP financial system. Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases are required, and exposure to reporting/BI tools like Power BI is strongly preferred. A solid understanding of law firm financial processes and data governance concepts is advantageous.
