Financial Reconciliation Mid Analyst
The Financial Reconciliation Mid Analyst at EBANX plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the company's financial records. This position is part of the Corporate team, which is dedicated to maintaining efficient and connected operations across the organization. Key responsibilities include reconciling receivable accounts, identifying and resolving payment discrepancies, and communicating with partners to address reconciliation issues. The analyst will also analyze and report on receivable trends, ensure compliance with company policies, assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, implement new workflows in the reconciliation system, and develop innovative approaches to enhance operational efficiency.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or a related field. Proficiency in spreadsheets (MS Excel and/or Google Sheets), strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities are essential. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively is important. Knowledge of EBANX's partner processors and payment systems, as well as fluency in Spanish and/or English, is advantageous.
