Financial Controller / Finance Management

Eurofins Scientific is seeking a Financial Controller to join its Controlling Team in Switzerland. This role involves supporting the financial services provided to local subsidiaries within a shared service environment, contributing to the company's growth and compliance efforts.

The Financial Controller will be responsible for preparing financial statements in accordance with Swiss OR and IFRS standards, ensuring timely VAT declarations, and coordinating audits. Additionally, the role includes conducting revenue and cost analyses, preparing management reports, managing cash flow forecasting, overseeing procurement processes, and contributing to annual business plans and forecasts.

Candidates should possess a degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, with 1–3 years of experience in accounting or controlling. Strong knowledge of statutory accounting and IFRS is required, along with proficiency in ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics AX, Cognos Controller, and Coupa. Advanced Excel skills, a proactive mindset, and fluency in English and German are also essential.
