Financial Controller - Eurofins Croatia

Eurofins Croatia is seeking a Financial Controller to join our team in Zagreb. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of our financial operations within a dynamic and international environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing and coordinating month-end and year-end closing activities, supporting the preparation of budgets and forecasts, leading General Ledger activities, and implementing and improving finance processes, controls, and systems. Additionally, you will monitor and control capital expenditures (CAPEX), oversee cash flow monitoring and analysis, and support the delivery of accurate, timely, and relevant financial information.

The ideal candidate will possess a university degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in finance, audit, accounting, or controlling. Advanced Excel skills, a good knowledge of accounting principles and regulations, strong analytical skills, and a proactive, independent mindset are essential. Professional proficiency in English is also required.
