THE ROLE
As Ideals continues to scale globally, with distributed teams and complex financial decision-making needs, we are strengthening our Finance Analytics capability.
We are looking for a Financial Analyst (FP&A) to join our Finance team and support operational and strategic decision-making processes through financial modeling, analytics, and fostering finance business partnerships.
This role is not just a classic budgeting-focused FP&A position. Instead, it is centered on the analytical support for various business initiatives, financial modeling and forecasting, identification of operational efficiency gains, and close collaboration with senior stakeholders across the business.
You will work closely with leadership from all business functions, contributing to high-impact financial analyses used by executives in a fast-changing, non-routine environment.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Serve as a financial advisor to business stakeholders by assessing ROI and building investment cases for decisions across the Go-To-Market strategy, procurement, automation, and headcount — and review calculations prepared by other business functions.
