On a day-to-day basis, the Product Manager / Senior Specialist will lead initiatives for enhancing, implementing, and supporting finance and accounting systems. The role involves requirements gathering, solution design, stakeholder management, overseeing testing and deployment, and ensuring process and data integrity within finance systems.
Ideal candidates should have a strong background in finance systems management or product ownership, with proven experience in ERP platforms such as Oracle, SAP, or Workday. A solid foundation in accounting or finance processes, combined with strong project management capabilities and excellent communication skills, is essential.
