In this role, the associate will participate in projects aimed at automating finance processes and enhancing data quality. Responsibilities include analyzing and implementing opportunities for improvements, documenting project requirements and deliverables, collaborating with stakeholders to understand needs and drive solutions, maintaining and improving finance tools and dashboards, and supporting ongoing initiatives across various markets.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field, with 2-3 years of experience in operations, finance, consulting, or a related analytical role. Strong problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, and comfort working with data using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or Metabase are essential. An interest in technology and process automation, along with good communication skills and fluency in English and Spanish, are also required.
