Required qualifications encompass professional experience in real estate investment, proficiency in reading and writing both informal and professional English, strong communication and organizational skills, excellent reading comprehension, and the ability to exercise autonomous judgment with limited data. A passion for technological advancements and innovation in financial analysis is also essential.
Preferred qualifications include relevant certifications such as CFA, CAIA, MBA, or MS, a strong understanding of real estate investment metrics and financial modeling (with Argus experience being a plus), comfort with recording audio or video sessions for data collection, and familiarity with AI or data annotation workflows in a technical setting.
Compensation for U.S.-based candidates ranges from $45 to $100 per hour, depending on factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, geographic location, and qualifications.
