Finance Director Eurofins Food Testing Netherlands
Eurofins Food Testing Netherlands is seeking a Finance Director to oversee financial operations across its network of 10 companies located in 8 locations throughout the Netherlands. Reporting directly to the regional business line leader, the Finance Director will play a pivotal role in both financial management and strategic initiatives, including organizational development and mergers and acquisitions. The position requires frequent travel between key locations such as Heerenveen, Deventer, Almere, Barendrecht, and Zeeuws-Vlaanderen, with flexibility for remote work as needed.
The Finance Director will lead two teams: Business Control and Credit Control, each comprising five full-time employees. Responsibilities include analyzing and reporting on productivity, pricing, margin management, and cost control. Additionally, the role involves developing and implementing uniform dashboards tailored to various business functions, and driving automation of financial processes to enhance efficiency and support strategic decision-making.
Candidates should possess a Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field, with a minimum of eight years of professional experience, including at least two years in a managerial role within a finance team. A strong focus on business controlling is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English, and the ability to motivate teams and stakeholders to achieve results. Analytical prowess, attention to detail, and the capacity to challenge and improve existing processes are essential.
The position offers a competitive financial package ranging from €100,000 to €120,000, comprising both fixed and variable components.
