Finance Data Engineer

In this role, the Finance Data Engineer will design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines that integrate financial data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and reliability. Responsibilities include automating data ingestion processes, developing ETL workflows, and collaborating with finance and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. The engineer will also implement data validation and monitoring systems to maintain data integrity and support financial reporting and analysis.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering, with experience in building and optimizing data pipelines and architectures. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java, and experience with data processing frameworks like Apache Spark or similar, are essential. A solid understanding of financial data structures and familiarity with financial systems and tools are highly desirable.
