The Finance Data & Business Readiness Lead will be responsible for ensuring Finance's preparedness for product launches, operational changes, and key business decisions. Key duties include defining, maintaining, and scaling financial and operational reporting that is reliable and actionable for non-financial stakeholders. The role also involves owning financial data quality, identifying operational frictions, and leading improvements in processes, tooling, and automation. Collaboration with Product and Business teams to anticipate needs and prevent issues is essential.
Candidates should have 5-8 years of experience in roles such as Finance Operations, Business Operations, Data Operations, Revenue Operations, consulting, or equivalent. Hands-on experience with data, reporting, and financial systems is required, along with a strong operational mindset focused on scalability. The ability to translate technical and data complexity into real business impact, lead cross-functional initiatives, and operate in fast-changing environments is crucial. Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory.
