Finance Automation & Data Specialist
Fever, a leading global tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is seeking a Finance Automation & Data Specialist to join their Process Innovation team in Madrid, Spain. This team ensures the right workflows, data, and controls are in place to support Finance and the broader business as it scales, partnering closely with Product, Data, and Business teams to ensure operational readiness, compliance, and seamless execution.
In this role, the specialist will lead initiatives focused on improving finance readiness, scaling reporting and data foundations, and ensuring that core finance operations run seamlessly as the business evolves. Key responsibilities include ensuring Finance readiness for product launches and major business decisions, defining and maintaining financial and operational reporting, owning financial data quality and end-to-end information flows, identifying operational frictions and leading improvements in processes and automation, and collaborating with Product and Business teams to anticipate needs and prevent issues.
The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in roles such as Finance Ops, BizOps, Data Ops, RevOps, consulting, or equivalent, with hands-on experience working with data, reporting, and financial systems. They should possess a strong operational mindset, proven ability to translate technical and data complexity into real business impact, experience leading cross-functional initiatives, strong analytical and communication skills, and fluency in Spanish and English. A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related fields is preferred, along with experience with ERP systems and finance platforms, and exposure to automation or finance transformation initiatives.
