Finance Analyst (Bangkok based, Relocation Provided)
Agoda is seeking a Finance Analyst to join its Pay-In team in Bangkok, Thailand. This team is responsible for managing end-to-end cash and receivables operations across Agoda's payment methods and B2B partner flows, ensuring accurate and timely financial operations. The company offers relocation support for this position.
The Finance Analyst will oversee accounting and reconciliation of Merchant Commission transactions, prepare and review reconciliation reports, and investigate and resolve discrepancies. Responsibilities also include calculating and reviewing bad debt provisions, monitoring accounts receivable aging, supporting audits and compliance, defining finance requirements for new partner launches, and overseeing the application of foreign exchange rates.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with 5-8 years of experience in accounting or finance operations. Experience in pay-in, accounts receivable, or revenue reconciliation is preferred, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines are essential. Experience with ERP systems, prior experience in online travel, payments, or B2B/affiliate finance operations, and familiarity with SOX controls and audit requirements are advantageous.
