Doctolib is seeking a Field Sales Partner to join our team and develop commercial activities in the western Veneto region, including Verona, Vicenza, and Padua. As a Field Sales Partner, you will be part of a team dedicated to simplifying healthcare professionals' work and improving patient access to care through our solutions. In this role, you will be the primary contact between Doctolib and local physicians, managing the entire sales cycle of our services.

Your responsibilities will include prospecting by contacting physicians in your area through cold calls, emails, and in-person visits to generate new opportunities. You will qualify leads and manage follow-ups to advance the sales pipeline consistently. Additionally, you will conduct meetings and demonstrations at medical practices, focusing on the most relevant benefits for each practice, addressing questions and objections to guide prospects toward swift decisions.

To be successful in this role, you should have approximately 2-5 years of experience in sales or new business development with field activities. A strong results orientation is essential; you should understand key performance indicators and strive to meet and exceed objectives, motivated by a competitive, uncapped bonus structure. Proactivity, organization, high energy levels, and an entrepreneurial spirit are also important. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned area are required, along with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
