Field Sales Partner - Milano (x/f/m)
Doctolib is seeking a Field Sales Partner to join our team in Milan. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact between Doctolib and healthcare professionals, aiming to simplify their daily operations through our innovative solutions and enhance patient access to healthcare services.
Your key responsibilities will include prospecting by contacting medical professionals in your assigned area via phone, email, and in-person visits to generate new business opportunities. You will conduct meetings and product demonstrations, focusing on the benefits most relevant to each practice, and manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals and ensuring a smooth handover to the onboarding team.
We are looking for candidates with approximately 2-5 years of experience in field sales or new business development, preferably within the SaaS or tech industry. A strong results orientation, excellent interpersonal communication skills, proactivity, and organizational abilities are essential. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned area are also required.
Compensation includes a fixed salary plus performance-based bonuses with no cap.
