Field Sales Partner Enterprise - Lazio (x/f/m)
Doctolib is seeking a Field Sales Partner Enterprise to join our team and develop commercial activities in the Lazio region. As a Field Sales Partner Enterprise, you will be part of a team dedicated to simplifying the lives of healthcare professionals and improving access to healthcare through our solutions. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact between Doctolib and healthcare facilities, managing the entire sales cycle of our services.
Your key responsibilities will include prospecting by contacting healthcare facilities in your assigned area to secure appointments, conducting meetings to present Doctolib's offerings, and negotiating to onboard new clients. Additionally, you will provide support during the installation and initial training phases of the product, ensuring a smooth transition for new clients. Throughout the sales process, you will gather feedback from colleagues and clients to share best practices and contribute to the success of Doctolib in Italy.
We are looking for candidates with approximately 2-5 years of experience in sales or new business development, particularly with field activities. A strong orientation towards results, understanding of key performance indicators, and a commitment to achieving and exceeding objectives are essential. Proactivity, organizational skills, a valid driver's license, and availability for travel within the assigned area are also required. High energy levels, entrepreneurial spirit, and excellent interpersonal communication skills are highly valued.
