The Field Operations Executive at Instawork is responsible for delivering and collecting gadgets across designated operational hubs in Bengaluru. This role ensures timely onboarding, quality assurance, and support for data collectors, with all gadgets dispatched from and returned to the Instawork Office on 80 Ft Road, Koramangala, Bengaluru.

Key responsibilities include delivering gadgets to assigned locations, ensuring timely delivery and pickup, maintaining accurate logs and handover details, and ensuring complete accountability for all devices. The executive will assist new data collectors with login and setup, guide them through permissions and recording steps, and ensure successful onboarding. Additionally, the role involves conducting live quality assurance checks for camera framing, lighting, and recording quality, providing real-time corrective instructions, addressing recording or app-related issues during shifts, escalating technical issues when needed, and submitting daily summaries for deliveries, collections, and issues while maintaining accurate documentation for all hub activities.

Preferred qualifications include field experience, strong knowledge of Bengaluru routes, good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada, the ability to troubleshoot smartphones and apps, punctuality, dependability, and accountability. A smartphone is required, and a two-wheeler is preferred.

The position offers a morning shift from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a stipend of INR 30,000, and an evening shift from 5:00 PM to 3:00 AM with a stipend of INR 40,000.
