Field Collection Team Leader - Lombok

As a Field Collection Team Leader at Cermaticom in Lombok, you will oversee and monitor the performance of the Collection and Recovery teams to ensure the achievement of predetermined targets. This role involves managing daily operations, providing feedback to superiors, and assisting collectors in handling complex cases.

Key responsibilities include supervising and coaching Field Collectors, addressing performance issues, monitoring visit outcomes, and allocating territories among collectors. You will also be responsible for analyzing consumer payments, approving visit plans, and reporting on branch target achievements and challenges.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in banking, leasing, or multifinance sectors, with a preference for those with fintech experience. A minimum education of D3 is required, along with strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Candidates should possess a valid SIM C (SIM A is preferred), be team-oriented, and proficient in Microsoft Office.
