Additionally, the Team Leader is expected to provide feedback and reports on target achievements and discuss challenges with higher management.
Candidates should possess a minimum of three years of experience in banking, leasing, or multifinance sectors, with a preference for those with fintech industry experience. A minimum education of D3 (Diploma) is required. Experience as a supervisor or coordinator of Field Collectors is highly desirable. Applicants must have a motorcycle with at least a SIM C license (SIM A is preferred), strong communication and negotiation skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to work towards targets. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to engage in fieldwork are also essential.
