Field Collection Team Leader - Bali

The Field Collection Team Leader at is responsible for managing and monitoring the performance of the Collection and Recovery teams to ensure the achievement of predetermined targets. This role involves supervising field collectors, providing coaching, and addressing performance issues to maintain high standards in debt recovery operations.

Key responsibilities include overseeing daily, weekly, and monthly delinquency and accounts receivable targets, assisting collectors with complex cases, and analyzing consumer payment behaviors. The leader is also tasked with allocating territories to collectors, reviewing visit plans, and reporting progress and challenges to upper management.

Candidates should have a minimum of three years' experience in banking, leasing, or multifinance sectors, with a preference for those with fintech experience. A minimum education of D3 is required. Experience as a supervisor or coordinator of field collectors is advantageous. Applicants must possess a motorcycle with at least a SIM C license (SIM A is preferred), demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills, and exhibit leadership qualities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is also necessary.
