Field Collection - Surabaya

Cermaticom is seeking a dedicated Field Collection Officer to join our team in Surabaya. As a key player in our financial services division, you will be instrumental in managing and recovering outstanding debts, ensuring the financial health of our operations.

In this role, you will visit debtors to deliver warning letters for accounts overdue by more than 20 days, validate their current situation, and negotiate appropriate payment solutions. Your responsibilities will also include monitoring payment commitments, locating customers who are difficult to contact, and ensuring the accuracy of customer data. Additionally, you will document all collection activities and coordinate with internal teams to address debtor issues effectively.

The ideal candidate will have at least six months of experience in banking or multifinance sectors, with a background in fintech being advantageous. A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required. Candidates must possess a valid motorcycle license (SIM C) and have their own vehicle. Strong communication and negotiation skills, persistence, and a team-oriented mindset are essential. Proficiency in computer applications and Microsoft Office is also necessary. Applicants should reside in Surabaya or the surrounding area.
