Field Collection - Samarinda

is seeking a Field Collection Officer to join our team in Samarinda. This role is integral to our operations, focusing on managing overdue accounts and ensuring timely debt recovery.

The primary responsibilities include visiting debtors with overdue payments exceeding 60 days to deliver warning letters, validate their current situation, and negotiate suitable payment options. The officer will monitor agreed payment commitments, follow up as necessary, and locate customers who are unresponsive at their registered addresses. Ensuring the accuracy of customer data, including contact information and addresses, is also a key part of the role. Additionally, the officer will report and discuss visit outcomes with supervisors, document all collection activities in the system, and coordinate with internal collection teams and related units regarding debtor management.

Candidates should have a minimum of six months of experience in banking or multifinance sectors, with fintech experience being advantageous. Possession of a motorcycle and at least a Class C driver's license is required. A minimum education level of high school or equivalent is necessary. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, along with proficiency in field collection, particularly for unsecured loans. The role demands persistence, a strong target orientation, teamwork capabilities, and familiarity with computer applications and Microsoft Office. Applicants must reside in Samarinda.
