Field Collection - Mojokerto
a leading financial technology company in Indonesia, is seeking a dedicated Field Collection Officer to join our team in Mojokerto. This role is integral to our operations, focusing on managing and recovering overdue payments from our clients. As part of our dynamic team, you will contribute to maintaining the financial health of our organization while upholding our commitment to customer service excellence.
In this position, you will be responsible for visiting debtors who have overdue payments exceeding 20 days, delivering warning letters, and validating their current financial situations. Your day-to-day tasks will include negotiating suitable payment options with clients, monitoring their commitments, and ensuring timely follow-ups. Additionally, you will verify and update customer information, such as contact details and addresses, to maintain accurate records. Collaborating with internal collection teams and related units will be essential to effectively manage debtor cases.
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of six months of experience in banking or multifinance sectors; experience in the fintech industry is a plus. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, along with proficiency in computer applications and Microsoft Office. Candidates must have a valid motorcycle license (SIM C) and own a motorcycle. Residency in Mojokerto or Jombang is preferred to facilitate efficient field operations.
