Field Collection - Garut

is seeking a Field Collection Officer to join our team in Garut. As a leading financial technology company in Indonesia, we are dedicated to simplifying the process of finding and applying for financial products online. This role is integral to our operations, focusing on managing and recovering outstanding debts to maintain our financial health.

The Field Collection Officer will be responsible for visiting debtors with overdue payments exceeding 20 days to deliver warning letters, validate their current situation, and negotiate suitable payment options. Daily tasks include monitoring payment commitments, ensuring accurate customer data, and coordinating with internal teams to effectively handle debtor cases.

Candidates should have a minimum of six months' experience in banking or multifinance sectors, with fintech experience being advantageous. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with strong communication and negotiation skills. Applicants must possess a valid motorcycle license (SIM C) and own a motorcycle. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and residing in Garut are also necessary.
