Field Collection - Cirebon

is seeking a dedicated Field Collection Officer to join our team in Cirebon. As a leading financial technology company in Indonesia, we are committed to simplifying the process of finding and applying for financial products online. This role is integral to our operations, focusing on managing and recovering outstanding debts to maintain the company's financial health.

The Field Collection Officer will be responsible for visiting debtors who have overdue payments exceeding 20 days. Key duties include delivering warning letters, validating debtor conditions, analyzing outstanding obligations, and negotiating appropriate payment options. The role also involves monitoring payment commitments, locating customers who are unresponsive, ensuring the accuracy of customer data, and coordinating with internal collection teams to effectively manage debtor cases.

Candidates should have a minimum of six months' experience in banking or multifinance sectors; experience in the fintech industry is advantageous. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Applicants must possess a valid motorcycle license (SIM C) and have access to a motorcycle. Strong communication and negotiation skills, persistence, a target-oriented mindset, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential. Residency in Cirebon is preferred.
