Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial, especially in high-security or compliance-driven environments. U.S. citizenship is mandatory due to the nature of the customer base, with active security clearances (TS/SCI) preferred but not mandatory.

The new hire base pay for this role ranges from $71,000 to $137,000, depending on factors such as skills, qualifications, relevant experience, and work location. In addition to base pay, certain roles may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and equity. Employees in sales roles are eligible to participate in Arista’s Sales Incentive Plan, which pays commissions calculated as a percentage of eligible sales. U.S.-based employees are also entitled to benefits including medical, dental, vision, wellbeing, tax savings, and income protection.
