Family Law Paralegal
Sanvenero & Cittadino Attorneys at Law is seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal to join our collaborative team in Shrewsbury, NJ. Our firm is renowned for delivering exceptional client-centered legal services across New Jersey, with a particular focus on family law matters such as divorce, custody, support, and post-judgment modifications. This role is critical to supporting our attorneys in providing compassionate and skilled representation to our clients during emotionally challenging times.
As a Family Law Paralegal, you will be responsible for drafting substantive family law motions, pleadings, and correspondence, including PL motions and enforcement motions, for attorney review. You will manage complex attorney calendars, coordinate court schedules across jurisdictions, and proactively prevent conflicts. Additionally, you will engage with clients to gather critical information, manage expectations, and provide timely updates throughout the lifecycle of family law matters.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a family law paralegal, with proven drafting skills and the ability to independently prepare complex legal documents. Proficiency with PracticePanther, Easy Soft, LexisNexis, and Microsoft Office Suite is required. Strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and a client-focused approach are essential. The ability to operate independently while effectively collaborating with attorneys and team members is also crucial.
