As a Data Center Facilities Technical Manager at CoreWeave, you will lead the development and implementation of technical operational processes for our data center clients. This role is pivotal in ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery, maintaining 100% uptime, and meeting client service level agreements across our portfolio. You will collaborate closely with the Data Center Operations team to shape our technical approach, manage vendor contracts, and drive continuous improvement within the organization.

In this position, your primary responsibilities will include providing strategic and operational support across the local data center portfolio, continually evaluating and improving technical operational processes, and reviewing and approving high-risk emergency operating procedures. You will also manage technical library content to ensure global accessibility, audit processes to ensure compliance, and execute operational and performance risk assessments. Additionally, you will work with the Operations Team to develop and maintain procedures and policies, lead by example to influence best practices, and drive improvements within the technical discipline.

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and maintaining standardized technical operational processes and procedures, providing strategic and operational support across a data center portfolio, and evaluating and improving technical operations. Technical knowledge of high-risk emergency operating procedures and data center compliance standards is essential. Familiarity with critical facilities commissioning standards, experience executing operational and performance risk assessments, and the ability to solve complex technical and operational problems are also required.

CoreWeave offers a competitive base salary range of $122,000 to $163,000, determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.
