Facilities Operations Manager - GCC (Night Shift)

Fictiv, a division of MISUMI Americas, is seeking a Facilities Operations Manager for their Bengaluru, India office to oversee night shift operations within the Global Capability Center (GCC). This role is integral to maintaining a safe, efficient, and well-organized workplace, ensuring seamless operations during night hours.

The Facilities Operations Manager will be responsible for managing daily office operations, including housekeeping, pantry services, maintenance, and security. They will lead seating allocation strategies, coordinate office moves, and ensure the overall upkeep of the Bengaluru GCC facility through proactive inspections and preventive planning. Additionally, the role involves sourcing, negotiating, and managing service contracts for catering, cleaning, transport, and air conditioning services, as well as overseeing facilities budgets and ensuring compliance with financial standards. The manager will also coordinate transport and logistics for employees and visitors, collaborate with HR on team events and wellness initiatives, and ensure adherence to workplace safety protocols and statutory compliance.

Candidates should possess a graduate-level education, preferably with a focus in administrative or business management. A minimum of 8–10 years of experience in office facilities, workplace services, or Real Estate & Workplace Services (REWS) support is required, with exposure to North American shift timings being advantageous. Proficiency in Google Docs and Google Sheets, ticketing systems, and facility management tools is essential. Familiarity with workplace safety norms, statutory compliance, and basic procurement processes is also necessary. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of additional languages such as Kannada, Hindi, or other regional languages is a plus.
