EY Law's Legal Transformation Solutions (LTS) team is seeking a Manager specializing in AI and Digital Transformation to enhance the efficiency and value of legal departments. This role involves collaborating with national and multinational clients to optimize their legal functions through innovative technology solutions. The position is based in New York, with additional locations in the NYC Metro area, Hoboken, Jericho, Iselin, Austin, Houston, Fort Worth, Dallas, and Chicago.

In this role, the Manager will conduct comprehensive assessments of legal technology solutions, collaborate with legal, IT, and business stakeholders to identify requirements, and analyze existing technologies to recommend enhancements. Responsibilities also include developing criteria for selecting legal technology vendors, facilitating product implementation, providing training and support to end-users, and driving program and change management efforts. Staying abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends is essential to continuously improve methodologies and service offerings.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of relevant experience, or a master's degree/JD with 4 years of experience, preferably in Information Systems, Business, Analytics, Finance, Accounting, or Legal Studies. Relevant certifications such as CPA, CIPP/E, CIPPM, CISA, CISSP, CISM, LPIP, PMP, or membership in good standing with a State Bar are preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience with Power BI and AI data modeling is required. Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills, leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple projects independently are essential. Experience within a corporate legal department is advantageous.

The base salary range for this position in the New York City Metro Area is $154,000 to $267,400 annually. Individual salaries are determined based on factors such as education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography.
