Expert Technique VoIP (x/f/m)
Doctolib is seeking an Expert Technique VoIP to join our Technical Services team, focusing on the integration of VoIP telephony solutions for our Telephone Assistant product. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless deployment and support of our telephony services, directly impacting the efficiency of healthcare professionals and the quality of patient care.
As an Expert Technique VoIP, you will be responsible for the technical onboarding of clients, guiding them through the configuration of their telephony solutions, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and documenting implemented solutions. Additionally, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of team processes and tools, and provide technical training to internal teams.
The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical and investigative skills, expertise in telephony protocols such as ToIP/VoIP, SIP Trunk, PABX, IPBX, and Centrex, as well as knowledge in infrastructure and networks, including routing and VPN. Proficiency in programming languages for reading source code, scripting, and database queries is also required. Effective communication skills to interact with various stakeholders, including technical teams, sales, and healthcare practitioners, are essential.
