Expert Technique VoIP (x/f/m)
Doctolib is seeking an Expert Technique VoIP to join its Technical Services team, focusing on the integration of VoIP telephony solutions for the Assistant Téléphonique product. This role involves collaborating with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless deployment and support of telephony services within healthcare facilities.
Key responsibilities include receiving and qualifying client requests from internal teams or external partners, guiding clients in configuring their telephony solutions, diagnosing technical issues, proposing and implementing solutions, and documenting the technical solutions provided. The role also involves contributing to the technical training of internal teams and improving team processes and tools.
The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical and investigative skills with software products integrated with third-party applications, expertise in telephony protocols such as ToIP/VoIP, SIP Trunk, PABX, IPBX, and Centrex, knowledge of infrastructure and networks including routing and VPN, programming skills for reading source code, scripting, and database queries, and the ability to adapt communication to various stakeholders including technical, commercial, and healthcare practitioners.
