Post-event, the coordinator will analyze performance metrics to inform future initiatives.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in communications, advertising, strategy, or a related field, along with at least 2 years of experience in strategic planning or brand strategy. Essential skills include strong project management, clear communication, a deep understanding of digital trends and consumer behavior, and the ability to evaluate campaign performance analytically.
