Experience Assistant Site Manager - Dallas
The Experience Assistant Site Manager at Fever is responsible for supporting the daily operational management of the Dallas site, ensuring seamless execution of events and maintaining high customer satisfaction. This role involves assisting the Site Manager, leading sessions, and fostering client loyalty within the dynamic environment of Fever Originals.
Key responsibilities include handling client and supplier communications, monitoring activity indicators, managing the box office, and overseeing administrative tasks such as invoicing and meeting documentation. The Assistant Site Manager also plays a pivotal role in recruitment, staff scheduling, inventory management, and the onboarding and training of new hires.
Candidates should possess at least 2 years of experience in operations, hospitality, live entertainment, or related fields. Essential skills include proficiency in Google Suite, strong leadership and communication abilities, excellent organizational skills, and a friendly, energetic demeanor. Flexibility in scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required, along with the ability to stand for extended periods and perform moderate physical tasks.
